She sat down, pulling the other in to her lap. Kissing her softly, she just wrapped her arms around her waist.
“I’m content, just like this.” She said, smiling.
“Mmn…”, was the murmured answer as Bex snuggled against the Rancher. she breathed deep, exhaling slowly, nuzzling and affectionate as a kitten.
“This is nice…”, mumbled the Keeper, “I like this too. It’s comfy… and safe.”
“It is. I’m glad you feel safe. Hey Bex?” She murmured, lips against the other’s shoulder, mumbling in to the curve of flesh. Her eyes were closed and hands idly fidgeted together against the other’s side.
“For what?”, answered Bex, fingertips tracing idly over the back of the Rancher’s hands as she looked over her shoulder, eyes lidded from the touches to her shoulders. She remembered the soft kiss the Rancher had placed there in the morning, and shivered.
